How we are managing the Coronavirus
In these uncertain times, we understand that coronavirus is a concern for all our customers and our staff, and we are striving to ensure that we adhere to Government policy and ensure that our staff have a healthy environment
Consequently, we are running a reduced office service on a rota-basis which may lead to delays on answering any emails. We would ask that if you have any questions that you email only to [email protected] as our phone system will not be manned during the lock-down period.
Processing your order
As soon as you place an order with us it is logged and processed in our system and ready to go once the products are available.
Couriers & Royal Mail
The government has reiterated that it wants to keep distribution lines open and we have confirmation that all our delivery options are still running i.e. Royal Mail and DHL/Uk Mail, although they have advised that deliveries may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.
We have a a fully staffed warehouse and you can be assured that currently all orders are being dispatched quickly, if this changes we will update this page.
We are here for the duration, and are proud of the service we give our customers in normal times. Please bear with us, but above all, keep healthy and we should all look forward to a better future.
