Saturday and Sunday deliveries are charged at a premium rate, please call to either find out further info or to arrange a weekend delivery. Free delivery option is not applied to Weekend Deliveries.

International order values over £150 inc VAT will attract an extra delivery charge of £15.00 inc VAT for every additional order value of £150. Multiple orders to one location will be treated as one order for delivery purposes.

When will we deliver?
We send you notifications of dispatch and tracking information when availabl
As soon as the items you have orderd from us are given to our courier we will send you an email letting you know, this will mean the items should arrive with you within 1-2 working days. If the courier selected uses tracking codes, we will update you with another email with a link to track the shipment.
Additionally if there is tracking available you will be able to use the link in your account section, simply go to www.nowlighting.co.uk/account, then go to "My Orders & Invoices" - or this link www.nowlighting.co.uk/account/orders
If tracking is available you will see a button "Tracking", simply click this and we will link you to the courier with details of your delivery.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need something on a specific day please call us and we will let you know an estimated arrival date and if we can speed things along we will.
All items have estimated delivery times. Stock availability is shown on each item. Stock is held at our suppliers premises. Stock may be available straight away, or available from our suppliers European warehouse in estimated 16 working days.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed on individual product information.
What time of day?
Your order will arrive between 8am to 7pm, if you items are larger than will fit with Royal mail post, we will send via UK Mail/DHL. If you have given us your mobile number then UK Mail/DHL will send you notification of an hour slot during which time you will receive you parcel. You can also reply to this text to change the delivery slot.
Special Order Products
Any Special Order items will take longer than the standard delivery times allocated. We will advise estimated delivery times for any Special Order items with the individual customer.
Please note: a majority of our larger value items will be shipped directly from our supplier, whom use Tuffnells Courier Service. The same delivery times apply to this service. Please make sure someone is available to sign for any delivery.
Collect from our store
We have a showroom in Aldershot, you can collect your order from us here. Simply complete your order online and then call us on 01252 314766 and press 1 (This will skip you directly to the customer service team). They will be able to refund the delivery charge and let you know when the order is ready to collect in store.
