Returns made within 28 days of order

We have a strict 28 day returns policy (from the day you receive the goods).

From when you receive your goods, you have 14 days to notify us in writing (email or letter) that you wish to return the items, if not required, for a full refund (refund does not include cost of return carriage). Please make sure that you have received acceptance of the return from us before sending any fittings back to us. Once confirmed you then have a further 14 days to ensure that the goods are received by us. Failure to comply with the time frame will invalidate any potential refund. In total, from when you receive the order, you then have a total of 28 days to return any goods for a refund (subject to inspection of goods).

Please note: we cannot issue a refund if the individual product boxes have been altered at all, had packing tape applied or any shipping labels applied. Please make sure to return the item in a larger box, wrap in film or parcel paper, so that the outer of the product box remains in a sellable condition.

Please note: We reserve the right to 'NOT' issue a refund for returned goods if they are in anyway damaged, not in a resellable condition, lost in transit, not in their original packaging or returned outside of the time frame provided.

Returns made over 28 days

If goods are to be returned outside the 28 day time frame provided, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Depending on how long after the 28 day returns period you're over, we may accept the return but add a restocking charge against the total refund. The restocking charge percentage may vary depending on how long after receipt of the original order. If the return has been accepted: email us with the details of your order and the items you are hoping to return, we can inform you of any restocking charges before you proceed with the return.

Returns form

For returning items, please print email [email protected] with a list of the goods being returned. We will then email a returns authorisation number and a returns form.

General Terms

It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods (unless specified) and we recommend that you return your item(s) using a signed for service that provides you with proof of delivery to us. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Any special orders CANNOT be returned, due to the fact they have been specially made to your specification and unlikely to be re-sold to another customer.

Refunds

Please note that any refund will take between 5 to 10 working days to be credited to your original payment card. PayPal refunds will be immediate once the refund is processed.
